Welcome to the City of Latrobe, Pennsylvania Online Permit Center. All aspects of the permit process can now be completed online! The Online Permit Center provides public access to the status of permits and inspection requests, as well as access to reference materials and documentation. As a registered user, an applicant can apply for permits and request inspections online.

HOW TO GET STARTED:
To begin the permit process, create a profile by clicking the "Sign Up" button and follow the instructions.
Prior to submitting your permit, check out our Application Requirements and Inspection Requirements to ensure you have all the required components of your project. Any incomplete applications will be valid for fourteen days for edit.
Note: The online dashboard can be translated into you preferred language. View the "Select Language" drop down to translate the dashboard into the language of your choice.
Note: Alerts sent from our online system will come from noreply@smartgovcommunity.com. Please check your spam folder if you're not receiving alerts and add this email address to your contact list to ensure you receive them.
OUR TIMELINES:
Each permit type has different requirements and review periods. Applying to this portal does not permit work to begin immediately. A permit must be issued prior to work beginning.
Permits are not valid until approved, paid for and issued.
INSPECTION REQUEST SCHEDULING:
All inspections are scheduled through the online portal. Most UCC inspections are conducted by TKL Code Inspection Services. TKL Code Inspection Service Inc. is a Pennsylvania registered, full-service 3rd party inspection and plan review company. SPECIAL EVENT PERMITS:
The City of Latrobe understands the importance of community events, festivals and celebrations in building a sense of community and making Latrobe a great place to live, work and play. That’s why we want to make it easier for you to host events in our community by providing support with the permit process. Applications for Event Permits must be filled out in its entirety and in detail and returned to the City of Latrobe at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
